Terms and Conditions of excursions, tours or other touristic services

Excursions and walks may be cancelled or altered without notice due to adverse weather conditions. In such cases, alternatives will be given or a full refund will be made.
Tours and hikes may also be cancelled due to an insufficient number of participants.
Excursions and hikes cancelled less than 12 hours before the start of the activity will not be refunded.
Customers who do not attend the activities will be charged the full amount, without any refund.
Accepted forms of payment are as follows: credit/debit card or cash. The payment of the tours/trips on the Minibus must be cash.
Children from 6 to 10 years old enjoy a 50% discount, with a maximum of 2 children/babies per booking.
