Typical food and folklore 

Departure towards a typical restaurant on the outskirts of Funchal, where a typical Madeiran dish "Espetada" (roast beef on a skewer) will be served, accompanied by other regional specialities such as fried corn and salad, not forgetting, of course, the famous "bolo do caco" with garlic butter.

During dinner, you can watch the performance of a folkloric group. After dinner, you will pass by a belvedere, where you will be able to enjoy a panoramic view of Funchal. Return to the hotel.

Tasting of gastronomic specialties of the region:
- Bolo do caco with garlic butter and parsley
- Espetada (made with cubes of beef loin seasoned with garlic, laurel and salt, roasted on a skewer)
- Black Scabbard Fish Fillet (one of the best known fish in Madeira gastronomy)
- Fried corn (fried corn flour cubes)
- Salad/ vegetables ⭑ Viewpoint at Pico dos Barcelos
- The ticket provides the client with transport, visits and dinner (food and drinks included) according to the programme.
